Song was fantastic to work with. She was an artist with her makeup brushes! She can take your best features and really make them stand out (and she knew how to downplay what I didn’t want to stand out, like my wide nose!) without ever looking overdone. Song is an amazing makeup artist. She was recommended by a friend and I was looking for someone I could trust. I was creating a boudoir book for my husband and I needed my make up done. Song and I spoke on the phone before hand so I could explain to her what I was looking for. She asked lots of great questions and really listened to me as well. She asked me to send her “inspiration” pictures as well.

The day of the shoot, we reviewed again what I wanted and then she went to work. Each step she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. I really appreciated that because it made me feel more comfortable. I’m not a make up person and I can feel overwhelmed by it all sometimes. When she was done she showed me some tricks to touch up my make up through out the shoot. It was a great experience and I plan to use her again.
